NO children under 16 years of age (due to the challenging terrain and architecture of our home)

As all our bedrooms are on the second floor, our B&B is NOT wheelchair accessible

Rates based on double occupancy - maximum 2 guests per room

Registered guests only on the premises unless otherwise agreed upon in advance
Check In Check Out
​Our check in time is between 4 and 6 p.m. ensuring that rooms are ready for our guests - especially during the busy season. Sometimes your room is ready earlier and we're happy to let you check in before 4 but please call ahead. We may have stepped out to run errands. If you're early and your room isn't ready yet, you're welcome to drop off your luggage.
Check ins after 6:00 p.m. may be required to use our self check in, if we are not available.
Please, no check ins after 9:00 p.m. We are in a rural area and it can be a challenge to locate us in the dark. If you have a late flight and you want to spend your night with us, please let us know and we will make arrangements and leave instructions for your entry, so as not to disturb the other guests.
Our check out time is 10:00 a.m.
Cancellations
You may cancel up to five days before your reservation with no charges on your credit card. (Example: for a Saturday check in, you may cancel up until Monday 6:00 p.m. NDT) Cancellations within five days of your reservations are subject to one night's charge. If you have booked using an Online Travel Agency, your cancellation window is thirty days.
At times Newfoundland weather can be fickle and you may encounter flight cancellations and/or delays. While we are sympathetic to the situation, you must let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation, as we will do our best to salvage your reservation. Otherwise you will be charged for the first nights' booking.
ALWAYS carry travel insurance as it is in your best interest.
